Christmas in Minneapolis

Sorry for the lack of blog posts lately! It's been hard to keep up through all of the traveling and holidays. But Nate and I are back into the swing of things and ready to share!

We enjoyed a great time with Nate's family up in Minneapolis for Christmas. Although it was our third Christmas spent together, it was our first married Christmas and we have a special Christmas ornament to prove it! :) We spent 5 days there and had the opportunity to see many friends in the area, as well as have a family celebration with Nate's Mom's side of the family for Christmas dinner. We relaxed, opened presents, played games, built a snowman (over a foot of snow fell while we were there), got family portraits taken at Sears, played with the dogs, and ate lots of food. It was a great time away and we look forward to our next visit!

Posing with our snowman in the front yard.

We got to visit with our friends, Matt and Lizz Stendera, and here is Nate holding their 8-month old son, Logan. He's such a cutie!

One of the family portraits we had taken on Christmas Eve. We're a good looking bunch!
